Teacup explorer has now turned into a more frothy cappuccino cup explorer. Erm.


And I've started the commission of a victorian inspired street scene. If you wonder what the -very beginning- of my paintings tend to look like. Here's an example (sorry about the photo quality again)

Commission: Steampunk inspired city scene. Research sketches.

The scene is going to be a busy alley/walkway thingey with a small cafe on one side and floral decorations everywhere. :P

I'm currently doing at least two steampunk ladies who are involved with tea and coffee. Here's a sketch of one of them:

Got me into a conversation with the passenger next to me who turned out to be an interpreter who knew about 7 languages fluently(!)

As I am pondering a proper blurb for Skal, I decided to sketch out a possible 'side image' on the same page the blurb would be.



It's gonna be painted, then we'll see if it works.
