BnM. Testing colours and getting nervous.

Early progress of the first panel.



I am finding it surprisingly hard to make the colours work over the entire page. Will scan the rest once I've sorted out the panels.

This is such a steep learning curve that I'm gonna have to fetch climbing gear soon. :(!

  1. Looks beautiful to me, Jen. One thing that really stands out is how Angel pops from the page but not to the detriment of the scene - she feels an important figure but blends in with her surroundings to make the panel work. The lighting and shading so far are sublime. And it'll be interesting to see how the page comes together... :D

  2. looks really nice !! maybe trying to add more colours for the shadows ?? like purple for the skin or something, blues on browns, etc. I'm no expert though, just a suggestion.
